Rules

Academy Raffle and Best Buy Raffle:

1. 1st Drawing is Monday December 6, 2010 at 12:27 p.m. from the Texas Lotto Pick 3 drawing.

2. Name on ticket, must be able to pass NCIS background check in order to obtain the gun.

3. Must be 18 yrs or older to win the gun.

4.  Only the person named on the ticket may claim the prize.

5.  Any freight charges, fees or miscellaneous expenses beyond the cost of the prize, will be assumed by winner.

6. Three (3) attempts will be made to notify winner (phone call, e-mail and certified letter).
All forfeited prizes will be donated to the McKinney Firefighters Association.

7.  We reserve the right to make substitutions depending on availability.

8. Winning ticket number, will be the exact order drawn from the Monday Pick 3 Texas Lotto drawing at 12:27 pm.

9.  Ticket(s) are good for all 25 drawings. (so if your number hits multiple times during the raffle, you win)

10. Your raffle number will be randomly assigned.

11. You will receive your e-ticket within 7 days of your purchase.

12. Best Buy Raffle: Plasma TV's will have to be picked up at the McKinney, Texas store or a gift card for the value of the TV can be given. The gift card will be for the amount that Best Buy has agreed to sell us the Plasma. All other prizes that can not be picked up in person, will be mailed to the winner at their expense. A gift card in the amount that we paid for the product will be offered in lieu of shipping the prize.

***400 tickets must be sold by December 3rd or a refund will be issued and the raffle will be canceled on December 5th***

Here's How Our Raffle Works:
Your raffle ticket will have a pre-printed 3 digits number on it (ex: 000 to 999).
The Texas Pick 3 Lotto will draw the numbers on Monday at 12:27 p.m.
If your ticket matches the exact order of the Pick 3 daytime drawing, you win!
You can win as many times as your number is drawn in the 25 week period.
